MATANGEL acts as a commercial intermediary in international B2B sourcing and trading. We evaluate buyer requirements, search supply channels, verify suppliers, coordinate quotations and support negotiations.

MATANGEL does not hold inventory. Category pages and other website content describe sourcing capabilities, not stock, availability or a catalogue of goods offered for sale.

3. No offer; binding terms only in writing

Website content, category descriptions, published listings, acknowledgements of receipt and automatically generated emails do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. They are, at most, an invitation to enter into negotiations (Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code).

Reference numbers and acknowledgements confirm only that a submission was received. Binding commercial terms arise only from a written agreement concluded between the parties.

4. No guarantee of availability or price

We prepare website content with due care, but we do not guarantee the availability of any product, the lowest price, delivery dates or the outcome of any sourcing process, negotiation or tender. Information on the website may be changed without notice.

Supplier registration does not mean verification. Suppliers are qualified individually, and only suppliers that have passed our verification are presented to buyers as verified. Listings are published only after verification and remain subject to prior sale and confirmation.

5. Use of the website and forms

• The website is intended for businesses and persons acting on behalf of businesses.
• Information submitted through forms must be true and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
• You must not submit unlawful content, malicious software or requirements concerning goods that are illegal, subject to sanctions or require licences the parties cannot obtain.
• We may decline any request, in particular where it cannot be handled responsibly or lawfully.
• Using the forms requires a current web browser with JavaScript enabled.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information about buyers and suppliers as confidential. The identity of a buyer or supplier is disclosed to the other party only with that party’s agreement. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website are protected by law. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe requirements.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MATANGEL is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content, or for the content of third-party websites linked from this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes between MATANGEL and businesses shall be resolved by the court competent for MATANGEL’s registered office. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
